Creative Corrections can immediately send an investigation team to investigate any kind of a correctional incident or systemic dysfunction.

Creative Corrections conducts Quality Assurance Reviews (QAR) for the Office of the Federal Detention Trustee (OFDT) of private provider corrections facilities that provide bed space for United States Marshals (USMS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainees. We use the Federal Performance-Based Detention Standards (FPBD Standards) for government owned and non-federal detention facilities to provide the customer with a comprehensive snapshot of facility performance and compliance with these standards. Creative Corrections currently conducts approximately 350 reviews per year.
